There's not much to say about Crowley that you probably don't already know if you're looking at this listing -- he did for western hermetic occultism what Martin Luther did for Christianity. The secret arts fall into two basic categories: before Crowley, and after Crowley. Called by the press "The wickedest man in the world," this 33rd degree mason, champion mountain climber, legendary drug addict and hedonist, world traveler, bad poet, brilliant occultist, and self-proclaimed "Great Beast 666" is so fundamental and seminal to esotericism and left-hand-path philosophy in this hemisphere that any further discussion of him to sell this shirt is pointless.
We have hand-screened an image of this powerful photograph of the flamboyant and colorful founder of Thelema, along with the words "Aleister Crowley" and his birth and death dates, onto a 100% cotton tee shirt with Ryopaque plastisol ink, the highest quality textile ink currently available and designed specifically for printing on dark garments. We screened the design three times onto each shirt before flash-drying it, then screened it twice more before curing it. This shirt is made to last! This is not a cheap transfer or iron-on image: plastisol inks bind to the fabric itself and polymerize when cured (curing means heating the ink to 320 degrees) so the ink becomes part of the shirt and the image, if the shirt is cared for properly, lasts much longer than other transfer methods. Never dry clean a screen-printed shirt -- wash it in cold water on a gentle setting with a mild detergent.
